Panel Discussion: After School: Creating Opportunities & Communities Outside of the Institution

Art Practice is thrilled to host a panel discussion this evening from 6pm-8pm at SVA’s Fine Arts building (335 W. 16th Street). The topic, After School: Creating Opportunities & Communities Outside the Institution will be considered & examined by Alex Paik, Ayana Evans, Katya Grokhovsky, & Pippi Zornoza (AP ‘16). A Q&A will follow the discussion. The event is free & open to the public.

The newly inaugurated Masters Program in Curatorial Practice will be opening the exhibition “The Matricide ( An Artificial Grammar for Nature )” within their CP Projects Space at SVA, 132 W. 21st Street, 10th floor on Saturday, September 20th. Artists showing from the MFA Art Practice program include:  Mathias Kessler  and  Michael Severance  (MFA AP13);  Kate Harding, Jaewook Lee ,  Tribble & Mancenido  (MFA AP14); and  Pippi Zornoza  (MFA AP15).
