Art & Science Collaborations, Inc. named Henry G. Sanchez (MFA AP14) their featured member of the month for March 2016. The purpose of Art & Science Collaborations, Inc. is to raise public awareness about artists and scientists using science and technology to explore new forms of creative expression, and to increase communication and collaborations between these fields. The 34th issue of ANTENNAE contains an article by Henry G. Sanchez (MFA AP14) about the early history and evolution of his ongoing ENGLISH KILLS PROJECT. The article was originally presented at the conference “Naturally Hypernatural: Visions of Nature”, School of Visual Arts New York, organized by Suzanne Anker (MFA Faculty), who is also featured in the issue. The ENGLISH KILLS PROJECT by Henry Sanchez (MFA AP14) was named by HyperAllergic’s Hrag Vartanian as one of 8 artists/art project to watch during Bushwick Open Studios. Sanchez will formally introduce the ENGLISH KILLS PROJECT at a Town Hall meeting with our Councilman Antonio Reynoso this Weds, June 17th.
